These modalities can be tailored to your preferences ensuring a personalised therapeutic experience.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Anita Carter. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Anita is very good at what she does and I feel lucky to have found her. She's very smart and resourceful and will always have an alternative solution if you don't feel comfortable with a certain way of doing things. She listens well and identifies your real needs and fears and helps you tackle them. She's giving me a comfortable space to figure out my issues and makes me feel supported all along. She's also very human and will not hesitate to give that extra 5-10mins if you're experiencing something strong, which not all therapists would do. All in all, I really appreciate Anita and think she's a great therapist!
