I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas with 17 years experience working in community mental health. I work with clients who are having problems with depression, anger, anxiety, stress, and trauma. I use a client centered approach with Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I want to foster hope and resilience in clients encouraging them to reach their full potential. I am guided by strong principles of integrity, respect, and ethical responsibility.
