About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor with over 15 years experience. I have worked with clients presenting with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, work-related issues, self-esteem , relationship issues, abuse, bereavement, child-related issues, personal development, pregnancy related issues and menopause. As an Integrative Counsellor I draw upon a number of different therapeutic approaches to ensure therapy meets the needs of each client.

I understand that it might feel daunting to reach out for support. You may feel lost, alone or stuck. If you are ready to take the first step and start counselling, my approach offers you a safe space where you can feel comfortable and able to talk about any difficulties without fear of judgement. We will work together to explore what has brought you to counselling and provide you with the opportunity to make sense of what might be distressing you, find clarity, a new perspective, create a vision and empower you to make changes so you can lead a more fulfilling and happier life.

Anita had been a really supportive and knowledgeable therapist who has made me feel comfortable and confident to share what I have been going through. The questions she's asked have helped me to navigate my situation and helped reassure me that I am in control and can do what I feel is best for me in line with my own standards not anyone else's. I appreciate the support, thank you
