“When you’re ready the teacher will appear”. That’s what comes to mind when I think of Anita. She is phenomenal at what she does. The space she creates allows you to feel safe to do the work. Beyond grateful for our time together. The nuggets she gave me I will carry and use forever

Beyond grateful to have been paired with Anita. She is by far the best therapist I’ve had. I leave our sessions feeling energized and motivated, which is rare since therapy in the past used to make me feel drained … but not with Anita! She is so knowledgeable and gives great “homework” that also act as tools for me to help manage my anxiety. I really can’t say enough great things about her. I finally feel a sense of relief since meeting with her and I look forward to it every week because of how productive our sessions are :). Very thankful.
