Ann is a wonderful therapist! She listens and offers good feedback that is insightful. I appreciate that even though I feel like she is “on my side” that she isn’t just telling me what I want to hear, but actually challenges me. Furthermore, I know she is praying for me and offers godly counsel, which is extremely hard to come by in our current culture.

She’s an amazing God sent human and I think so so highly of her

Ann has been so helpful getting me back to a healthy place mentally after separating from my husband. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. I just told her last week that I finally feel happy! She’s a gem!

I had the privilege of working with Ann Bodensteiner, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is insightful, compassionate, and refreshingly honest in all the right ways. Her support helped me navigate some incredibly tough decisions and gave me the confidence to set healthy boundaries in both personal and family relationships.

Ann has a way of making you feel seen and heard without judgment. Her ability to gently challenge your perspective while offering genuine care (and even behind-the-scenes prayers!) speaks volumes about how deeply she’s invested in her clients’ growth and well-being.

She’s not just a great therapist—she’s a genuinely good human who cares deeply. If you’re looking for someone who will guide you with wisdom, compassion, and real talk when you need it, Ann is that person.

Ann is a gem! She is very thoughtful and encouraging. I found BetterHelp through a friend and found the process easy and timely. Ann was a good match for my profile issues and offered very doable suggestions to jumpstart my recovery from a difficult year.
