Ann has created a safe and encouraging space where I feel heard and respected. Her empathy and insight have helped me better understand myself and work through challenges at my own pace. I really value her guidance and the positive impact our sessions have had on my well-being. I am grateful that I got matched to her. I continue to struggle but I don’t know how I could have cope each week without her support. Thank you so much, Ann. You are God send! God bless you!

So far Ann has been a great listener and being able to take what I bring and provide somewhat tangible approach that works for me. It is early doors yet but I have felt safe and open to talk about what I need to in order to process a very difficult time. I am grateful
