Adulting is tough! Managing multiple stressors in the modern world post-COVID is a challenge many individuals and families are struggling with. Seeking mental health support while meeting the demands of everyday life can help restore a sense of confidence and hope. My name is Ann Wilder, PhD, LCSW and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the field of mental health for over 25 years. I will work collaboratively with you to help find the best solution to meet your personal therapy goals. I enjoy working together with individuals, couples and families to determine the most effective way to impact change.
My specialty areas include life transitions, older adults, LGBTQAi affirming approaches, anxiety and depression treatment. My therapeutic approaches include a wholistic use of mindfulness, solution oriented brief therapy, motivational interviewing, Level II EMDR trained, CBT/DBT and person-centered therapy. My clinical background encompasses experience in virtual and in person work with individuals, couples and families.
