Anna Carpenter, LICSW
About me
Hi, I'm glad you're here.
I'm a trauma-informed, relational therapist who believes that healing happens through connection, compassion, and feeling truly seen. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just not yourself, you don't have to go through it alone.
I work with caregivers and parents, veterans, and helping professionals - people who often carry a lot for others and may find it hard to care for themselves. Many of my clients are navigating stress, burnout, trauma, anxiety, or big life changes. Together, we'll explore the patterns that shape your experience and create space for growth, clarity, and healing.
My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect. I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can be your full self without judgement. I'll meet you with compassion while supporting you in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
