Anna has been so helpful. Honestly, just so kind. I've been someone to have a hard time finding therapists and I'm really really happy with Anna. She has a more realistic and modern approach to anxiety and trauma, and she really listens. Highly recommend

Anna holds a safe and welcoming space during my sessions. I know from the first meeting that I had found a great therapist to support me through this season.
I am beyond grateful for her positive attitude, encouraging words, and willingness to listen. She is also amazing at seeing (and pointing out) my strengths!

I feel incredibly lucky to have Anna as a therapist. She fits incredibly well with my needs. She is supportive, understanding, constructive, patient, sincere, compassionate, gentle, both silly and serious when appropriate, and does an extraordinary job at listening to me and responding in the ways that I need. I feel like she really meets me where I am, and is a rock when I otherwise feel lost at sea. Anna holds no judgment over me, and empathizes with my experience. I feel safe and supported to be vulnerable in her presence.
Anna is passionate and committed to her practice. She even sends extra materials along that she has created outside of the platform.
Thank you so much for all of the compassionate support, and space that you have provided me when I needed it most.
