My life's work and passion has been and continues to be one of service to anyone regardless of their backgrounds, culture, race, socio-economic status, and/or social class. No client is too much or too little, too important or not important enough.
I have a great deal of compassion, empathy and understanding for all people and feel it's important that every client know that they are the most important client I have when I am working with them, because they are. Everyone gets 110% of my attention, insights, professionalism and compassion. It takes very little effort on my part because I am doing do what I love and love what I do. I am a positive person who totally believes that when we change the way we see things, the things we see change.
I have spent many years helping clients navigate their way and understanding in areas such as: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, anger management, addictions of all types, attachment disorders, low self-esteem, fear-based realities and victimization, to name a few. I've used modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), (DBT), Strengths Based Perspective, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Client Centered Therapy, Existential and Motivational Interviewing. And while several of these are frequently utilized, it's whatever modality is deemed necessary and most helpful with each specific client that I utilize.
Coping techniques are an important part of what I provide, all is ask in return, which in reality is for the greatest benefit to each client, and not myself, other than to see them succeed, is that the skills taught are actually utilized and practiced. Otherwise, it's like wanting to learn to read but never opening a book, or wanting to swim but never entering the water, it doesn't work. Without taking an action step, even a baby one toward creating something different to obtain a different result we cannot achieve the desired outcomes we say we want and come to seek help for in the first place. However, if the techniques are practiced the return is so much bigger than you can even fathom at the outset.
I speak not only as a professional but from a personal perspective having done both and knowing this is not only true for me but for the thousands of clients I have worked with through the years. If you are truly ready to take that deep dive inside to find the greatest version of yourself that is most definitely there waiting to be discovered, and overcome what we've all been conditioned to believe is true from our backgrounds, societies, families, parenting, cultures, races, religions, colors and creeds then you've found the right person.
I started out as a person seeking help myself many years ago. I went to school to learn whatever I could at that time. Then I tried everything, tested, failed, succeeded and did everything in between to find out what truly works, and not just for some, but for all.
Somewhere along the journey I heard the stirrings within that I could help others in the same ways as long as they were truly seeking help and came of their own accord. My belief is that real therapy is oftentimes painful and requires raw honesty, dismantling mind-made egoic constructs that feel so true that it is difficult to believe they are not. Facing things about ourselves and others that can be very unpleasant when they rise up, a readiness to learn, accept, let go of, become present, practice mindfulness, make conscious choices and heal as well as bid farewell to the past that we cannot change, create futures in the now, and surrender and be grateful for what is present before us.
At this point it's time to transcend all that no longer serves despite the degrees of attachment and welcome a new you with gratitude in order to usher in the best version of yourself.
This is where what you are seeking, your highest truth is where the freedom, peace, joy, strength, abundance and happiness lies.

My friends and family have seen an amazing transformation in me since working with Anna. It’s like talking to a close friend who shares and inspires you with her experience and expertise. I have used conventional therapy (in office settings once a week) and nothing compares to this platform and Anna! I never feel alone and always can rely on sending Anna a message and getting a speedy and caring response. Anna is an incredible soul and I am forever grateful to have been matched with her!
I've only had one session with Anna but I've enjoyed my time with her so far. She is obviously incredibly smart, non judgmental, a great listener and support system. She also offered me a lot of clarity and good advice which is what I need sometimes. Sometimes its great to have some one listen but its also great to be heard. I enjoyed my first time with her and look forward to our future working together. I feel lucky to have found her. I also think that the journaling portion of the site helps as well. So, I would highly recommend doing that once a day. It provides you with the tools you might need to sift through before speaking with your counselor.
She’s very helpful!
Anna is awesome!! She’s super mindful of my spiritual beliefs and works with me based around that. She explains things to me in a manner that I will understand in the spiritual sense. Anna is someone who I feel I can completely open myself up to and feel that I’m actually being heard; which has been a problem for me in the past. Highly recommend!!
