Anna Hallinan, LCSW
About me
Anna offers warm, client-centered therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, shame, identity shifts, and relationship challenges. She creates a space where people can feel safe enough to slow down, get curious, and come back into connection—with themselves and the people they love.
Anna draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic practices to support meaningful, embodied healing. Her approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we feel seen, heard, and met with compassion.
Anna’s practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) and fat-positive therapy values. She has a special interest in supporting clients around body image, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection in intimate relationships. Her presence is steady, warm, and attuned—an anchor for clients doing deep inner work or simply trying to find their footing again.
Anna earned her Master’s in Social Work from Metropolitan State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. She brings experience from both private practice and community mental health settings.
