Compassionate and dedicated counsellor with 3 years of professional experience in the UK. Fluent in English and Polish, I specialize in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, navigate relationship issues, cope with grief and loss, and build motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I create an open and safe environment where clients can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Dedicated to supporting individuals as they begin their therapy journey.
I also offer single-session therapy (SST) that lasts 90 minutes. The goal is for you to leave the session with actionable insights that, once implemented, can make a meaningful difference in your life. SST is ideal if you feel stuck with an emotional or behavioural issue and are seeking a way to move forward. If, however, you are looking for ongoing therapy, SST may not be suitable. SST can address the same issues typically explored in other therapeutic formats; however, in SST, we will work from moment one to help you to take away what you have come for on the issue you have chosen to discuss with me.
