I've worked in the mental health field since 1999 and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2002. My work as a therapist focuses on promoting health and healing, as well as identifying a person's inner strengths and their own sense of purpose. Today's world and our relationships can feel stressful and complicated. Depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship challenges can be a result.
