Anne Ethier, LPC
About me
You are designed with purpose, and meant to flourish. It is possible to live into healing, freedom, and relationships marked by trust and emotional safety - even if past experiences, trauma, or long-standing struggles have made that feel out of reach.
In therapy, you’ll be supported in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, and relational distress, while uncovering the deeper roots that often drive these patterns. Together, we’ll work toward lasting change that engages both mind and body.
Anne Ethier, LPC, has served individuals and couples in private practice since 2006, drawing from over three decades in the health and wellness field. Her integrative approach blends cognitive understanding with body-oriented therapy to support holistic healing.
With a foundation in somatic awareness and Hakomi therapy, sessions focus on present-moment experiences to foster insight, emotional regulation, and transformation.
Anne also partners with couples seeking a stronger connection, restored trust, and healthier communication.
You are not irreparably broken - you are becoming. Therapy is a space to grow, heal, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
