I've been having a hard time with postpartum anxiety and depression and I'm extremely relieved that i found Anne. She listens and provides a safe space where I can be completely open and honest with how I am feeling. She's very compassionate and I can tell she genuinely wants me to get better. She responds with questions that give me insight and it helps identifying what I am feeling. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling especially with childhood trauma and post partum anxiety. I am hopeful for the future for the first time ever in my entire life and she is a huge part of that.

Anne was amazing! She helped me through a tough break up and a few life changing circumstances and is a really fantastic listener. I’ve heard and read of a lot of therapy horror stories but your time with Anne will be extremely fulfilling as long as you keep putting in the work yourself. Anne has been really great at making me feel heard. A huge reason I came to her was because I wasn't feeling heard in my day to day. She continuously reminds me that my feelings are valid, I may jump at them too quickly sometimes, ha, but they are valid. She has given me ways to try and not act on a whim, to better a situation. I may talk to her about the wrongs of others but she gets me thinking when she asks what faults I may see in myself/actions. Not to put that in a bad way! But just a way to better myself, which truly I think we all need. I never feel like she is judging me or my actions, and that is huge in a therapist. We end on what goals we want to see accomplished for next week. Small things like taking a breath before responding to something, asking if it will help the situation to say just what came to mind. Anne has a great personality that makes you immediately feel comfortable to ne yourself.
