I am Dr. Annette C. Riddle and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I work with clients who experience issues such as stress and anxiety, anger, depression, family conflicts, motivation and self-esteem, and career challenges. Recently, I have started working with clients who experience traumatic experiences.
I am an empathic, optimistic, and inspirational counselor who takes pride in helping clients focus on their goals. I utilize an eclectic approach that includes client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-focused therapies. My experience with Dr. Riddle has been wonderful. Not only is she knowledgeable in her counseling expertise but she is welcoming , nonjudgmental and very relatable. The work we have done in our sessions as well as the tools and skills she has shared with me to use in my everyday life have been invaluable .
Dr. Riddle has a way of making you feel like your talking to a lone time friend. She allows to you talk about what’s going on and you know she’s listening because she addresses every issue. She has given me tools to deal with situations when they come up and how to identify what I’m feeling and why. She has never made me depend on her, but has equipment with the tools to handle this new season in my life.
I feel I have been blessed by her presence and compassionate heart.
With the help of Dr. Riddle, I was able to overcome challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, and the effects of a traumatic event. Dr. Riddle is patient, understanding, kind, encouraging, and everything you want in a therapist. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Riddle is a wonderful counselor! She is empathetic, supportive, and has a great memory. I was completely pleased and at ease once we had our first video call. Dr Riddle is very warm, understanding and helpful. After our first session I was made a believer. I appreciate how she listens and responds. She gave me a worksheet to help with my problems and that was a big deal to me. I love how she makes sure I am comfortable in the beginning of the call. Dr. Riddle is very intuitive and insightful. When presented with complicated issues she has the ability to break it down and discuss in smaller components. Always providing the client with alternative perspectives and solutions to consider. I enjoy my discussions with her and feel i am getting "healthier mentally".
