Dr. Aqueelah Wheatley, LIMFT
About me
I really consider myself a change agent more than anything else. My integrative, client tailored approach empowers adults to navigate life transitions with clarity and direction. Many of the people I work with feel stuck— or are struggling to feel understood in their relationships and within themselves.
My approach is practical and direct (but not insensitive). I help clients identify patterns rooted in attachment, past experiences that contribute to current stressors, while building tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, self-esteem, and healthier communication.
Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or quick fixes— it’s about reconnecting with your sense of self and becoming the best version of it.
