I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with 11 years of experience. I have worked with various populations including teens, adults, veterans, and many more. My specialties include working with clients dealing with a multitude of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and addiction.
I counsel from a holistic perspective, working with clients in reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit. Although my approach is based in existentialism, I employ a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. While I do not have the ability to change your situation, I can assist by providing a fresh perspective and new approach to life and its challenges.
