He is fantastic, always helpful and does well explaining things to me

He is considerate, attentive and holds you accountable. It’s obvious he has experience and tells you what you need, gently but firm about it instead of dancing around the topics. It’s experience is obvious through talking with him and I’m comfortable with his direction of care.

Mr. Trembly is one of the best therapists I have had, both virtual and in-person. I really love how he perfectly times the moments, brings in Christ and our faith to correlate to our therapy sessions.

Written on Apr 15, 2025 after therapy with Ara for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief, self esteem, anger management, coping with life changes, and adhd

Within the first session we had figured out where I wanted to go and what goals I wanted to accomplish. After three sessions we were making breakthroughs that previous years of therapy had not uncovered. Prof. Trembly is a wonderful therapist, caring kind, yet direct and serious. He helps you figure things out for yourself and then supports you in order to use those revelations for good. Highly recommend
