About me

My name is Aricksha and I specialize in supporting women of color and BIPOC who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and professional burnout. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to balance who they are with what the world expects of them. Through our work together we can process and guide your next steps. I offer flexible scheduling during evenings and afternoons to accommodate work hours.

I help by creating a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space where you can unpack those challenges and begin reconnecting with your sense of self. My approach blends warmth, authenticity, and practical strategies, helping you process emotions while also developing tools to feel grounded and confident.

My approach is unique because it is centered around the lived experiences of clients. Incorporating an understanding of cultural identity, generational patterns, and societal pressures into our work. I am passionate about this work because I’ve seen the transformation that happens when people finally feel seen, supported, and empowered to live authentically.
