About me

Hello, my name is Ariela Weston and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Alabama. I have 10 years of experience as both therapist and manager in our field. Since attaining my LICSW in the state of Alabama, and prior, I have been consistently engaged in the treatment of a great variety of client categories, and the administration of different program types. I have directed, managed, and/or supervised treatment programs, for adults, adolescents, and children. I have worked directly with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, autism, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I focus on building strong rapport and respect between client and therapist. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in order to assist clients in making their thinking more positive, decrease negative thinking habits and promote change. My approach also combines Strength-Based perspective, Solution Focused and Motivational interviewing.

My experience has taught me the value of compassion for everyone I have been privileged to serve. My therapy style is warm and interactive. My passion in life is to help others and I believe that the key to therapy with any person is respect. I would be honored if I was given the opportunity to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Mrs. Ariela is the best therapist out there. She is exactly what everyone hopes to find when they go for therapy and counseling services. Mrs. Ariela has helped me to grow into the best version of myself that I have ever been.

My experience with Ariela Weston has been nothing but amazing! I wanted to do therapy for at least 2 years before I started on better help, but my fear of just talking to someone held me back! I was extremely nervous when I first started, but Ariela was extremely welcoming, and really eased my stress on starting therapy! I now look forward to my sessions, even if I havent had a hard time that week. I say that, because over the time short time I have spent with her, I really feel like a lot has changed in a positive way for me! She really has made an impact in my life, and I cannot wait to see where I continue to go with her help! Thank you so much Ariela! You truly have helped me so much!
