There are many ways to be helpful in therapy and when someone doesn’t know where to start, therapy can seem daunting and impossible.
Arielle exceeds the standards of therapy techniques and is not afraid to be innovative with people who need a different way to be helped. She doesn’t make you feel like there is a set structure to helping yourself. It evolves and she’s amazing at help you focus on your own goals.

Arielle is great!! She is very positive about everything. She sees the whole picture your trying to paint before she tries to point out specific areas. She is very professional, but she understands when things can be a little personal. She responds very timely to a everything you send her and she listens to anything you want to tell her. If you need to actually talk she will schedule a time within just a couple days. I’m sure there’s a lot of other great counselors out there but I wouldn’t trade her for anyone.

She's helped remind me and reinforced the idea of personal responsibility, and the dangers of slipping into a victim mentality, which has been a great wake up call.
