Hello, I am Arlene Holt, a licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. I am also a National Certified Counselor. I earned my graduate degree in counseling at University of Northern Colorado. I have spent more than 10 years working with families and individuals of the military. This has given me extensive experience with issues of transition, relationships, anger and life guidance.
I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is fundamental in that it provides a safe and supportive framework for the individual o grow, explore, develop, and heal. Life leads to many instances where we need support and practical feedback.
I have walked along side many people and it was an honor. I would love to do the same with you.
Additional areas of focus: Stress, Anxiety, Family conflicts, Grief, Parenting issues, Anger management, Depression, Compassion fatigue, ADHD, Aging and Geriatric Issues, Blended Family Issues, Cancer, Caregiver Issues and Stress, Communication Problems, Coping with Natural or Human-Caused Disaster

Arlene is kind and considerate, and she listens very well. We are just beginning to meet and getting to know each other, but so far I find her to have all the qualities of a super-good therapist.

Absolutely fantastic therapist. She's helped me more in the last few months than any help I've had in years. Thank you
