My style is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we can create a partnership to collaborate working toward your goals. I have vast experience working with people of color, African Americans, athletes,LGBTQII, interracial couples, and mixed race individuals, and couples. My style of work is to first and foremost shape my style toward your needs, and I can use a deeper insight oriented approach and also a behavioral approach to supporting you. Some people want to know the origins of an issue and this really helps them, while others want to behave in a different way, and I can work from both of those perspectives.
