Ashley is absolutely amazing, so easy to talk to and be honest with. She has helped me break through some walls I didn’t even realize was there.

I've been working with Ashley for almost a year now, and the mindset growth I've had has been exponential. We do EMDR and parts work to help heal my inner child and teen so that I'm not as reactive and anxious in times of stress. Lately, I have been the most stable I've ever felt. She's helped me in so many areas: spiritual, work, family, and myself. She has a very gentle nature and always makes me feel seen and heard. I highly recommend her to anyone willing to look deeper into themselves and heal parts of you you didn't know were hurting.

I have had a couple of sessions with Ashley, and I think she’s excellent. She listens to me, and makes our sessions very personal, and tailored to my needs. What I really enjoy about working with her is the challenges she gives me. I honestly never would have seen things that way before, but when she puts it into perspective, it really makes me think, and I hope she challenges me even more. Challenges help me to think about things in ways that I have never thought of before, and help me to better myself, for me, and for others. Keep the challenges coming, I welcome them, no matter how hard they are.

As someone with personality disorders and dissociative disorders, Ashley has already figured out how to help me better myself and my DID system in a matter of 3 sessions. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my therapy so far. I had such low expectations from past experience with BetterHelp but Ashley has gained my confidence in how BetterHelp finds incredibly wonderful therapists. Thank you so much Ashley. I definitely see you and I working together again in 5 years from now.
