Ashley is knowledgeable, approachable and very compassionate. She is always accomodating and taylors her advice specifically for my needs. I cannot thank Ashley enough for the help that she has given me over the past few months.
Ashley has been very helpful since starting this new journey of improving my mental health.
She is really nice. Understands me and thanks to her I started the process of doing something that I never thought I would do
Ashley has helped me gain clarity in many aspects of my life. I'm grateful for her expertise and help as I process past experiences and grow.
Ashley is extremely thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable about mental health. Her assistance spans a variety of mediums as she has recommended me a great book that have been burning through!
Ashley is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was the fourth therapist I had been assigned to on this app, and she was the best counselor I’ve had! She is so extremely thoughtful, understanding, not only a great listener but with great advice, she always pushed me to reframe situations and thoughts, and even pushed herself to learn more about subjects that were important to me. I always felt safe to be who I am and speak about my true self. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone. Thank you so much for all your help and support.
I've only been seeing Ashley for a few weeks, but she has shown that she understands my concerns. She has given me tools to help, and checks in with me if I'm not responding as usual. I am hopeful that she can help me work through my issues.
Ashley has helped me see things about myself that I was not able to see before counseling. As my first counselor I am so glad to be paired with someone so understanding and helpful to my situation.
Ashley really listens to me and I feel heard when I talk to her
