Ashley has helped me gain clarity in many aspects of my life. I'm grateful for her expertise and help as I process past experiences and grow.
Ashley is knowledgeable, insightful and approachable. She gives me tools to explore my thoughts and ideas further and guides me in a patient manner. It has been a real eye opening experience.
Ashley is extremely thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable about mental health. Her assistance spans a variety of mediums as she has recommended me a great book that have been burning through!
Ashley is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was the fourth therapist I had been assigned to on this app, and she was the best counselor I’ve had! She is so extremely thoughtful, understanding, not only a great listener but with great advice, she always pushed me to reframe situations and thoughts, and even pushed herself to learn more about subjects that were important to me. I always felt safe to be who I am and speak about my true self. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone. Thank you so much for all your help and support.
I've only been seeing Ashley for a few weeks, but she has shown that she understands my concerns. She has given me tools to help, and checks in with me if I'm not responding as usual. I am hopeful that she can help me work through my issues.
Ashley has helped me see things about myself that I was not able to see before counseling. As my first counselor I am so glad to be paired with someone so understanding and helpful to my situation.
Ashley really listens to me and I feel heard when I talk to her
