About me

Hi! My name is Ashley Casas Pineda, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 8 years of clinical experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family issues, trauma, ADHD, and other emotional or developmental concerns, helping each person build resilience, confidence, and emotional awareness.

My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, and strengths-based. I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive space where thoughts and emotions can be explored without judgment. I strive to meet every person with respect, compassion, and sensitivity, and do not believe in reducing anyone to a diagnostic label.

I take an integrative approach to therapy that includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play and expressive interventions, and developmentally appropriate techniques tailored to your needs and goals. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-informed counseling that honors your spiritual values and supports healing of the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.

My professional experience has included work as a school-based counselor supporting children through trauma, grief, and stress, and as a college and career counselor guiding teens and young adults through important transitions. These experiences inform my approach today, whether we are in the playroom with a child, preparing a teen for next steps, or working with adults navigating life’s complexities.

Choosing to begin counseling takes courage. If you are ready to take that step toward greater clarity, emotional well-being, and meaningful growth, I am here to walk alongside you.
