About me

Are you ready to explore your whole self?

I take a holistic and integrative approach to partnering with you, the client, on your goals. I focus on bringing balance and harmony to the whole self. I combine traditional therapeutic approaches such as CBT with modern/ancient approaches, such as MBSR , Trauma-Informed Yoga, Mindfulness, Spirituality, Meditation, Reiki and Wellness Coaching.

Life is a journey. We all are moving at our own pace. Some discover and fulfill their life destiny/ mission and some transition from this Earth without ever thriving and living to their full capacity. We are here to do more than just survive. We all are deserving of healing and receiving what we need to love on ourselves gentler.
