About me

Hello and thank you for visiting. My name is Ashley and I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin with seven (7) years of professional work experience. I earned a bachelors of science degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies and a masters of science degree in mental health counseling specializing in children and adolescents.

My therapeutic approach is rooted primarily in Person Centered Therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, therefore, I will tailor our communication and treatment goals to meet your unique and specific needs.

I try to ensure the counseling process is as comfortable for my clients as possible because I do acknowledge that it can be a scary process to begin. I am very client focused and help clients achieve their therapy goals and learn ways to more effectively manage their lives in healthy and productive ways. Therapy can be the first step toward taking charge of your life and changing what you no longer want for yourself.

Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am here to support you through that process.

Ashley has been absolutely wonderful! She is a great listener and has been very helpful. Communicating with her comes easy. I felt very comfortable from the first visit and we are still doing weekly visits and chats 5 months later. I am so happy I have found her!

Ashley has been a wonderful beacon in my life, she entered my life at a time when I was ready to heal, grow , and face my traumas. She has been very kind, thoughtful and real. She has guided me through many things and continues to help me get onto the path I want to be on. She makes me laugh, she makes me cry, and most importantly she helps me heal. I am so grateful for the work she has been doing with me!
