I am so thrilled to be matched with Ashley Hutchens. I had lots of reservations about getting assigned a counselor, but when I read Ashley's profile I knew it was going to be a good fit. She is extremely educated and also so kind and supportive. I look forward to our sessions every week.

She does a really great job of keeping me on track and giving me coping strategies to help manage my problems. She is easy to talk to and listens very well.

Ashley did in one session what 15 weeks of therapy didn't. She listens to what you need, and doesn't go by a textbook to help you - she tailors her suggestions and conversation entirely to you. I feel really positive about my mental health improving through sessions with her.

Knowledgeable, listens, understands, helps. She's very good at reminding me of the things I need to hear to get my head where it needs to be. When my thoughts start to wonder she reminds me to stop and think of the stuff her and I have gone over to conteract that.

She is great. Very sensible, relatable, and perceptive. She asks tough questions that make me think and evaluate my feelings and thoughts deeper.

Ashley Hutchens has been a great counselor through the Better Help program. We have only been meeting for a couple of weeks, but she has been able to quickly assess my concerns and offer practical solutions/techniques. She is amply available through messaging and video. I highly recommend her!
