Ashley Johnson, LCSW
About me
I am a clinical social worker with 6 years of experience working in a residential treatment program for individuals with high treatment needs. In my career I have specialized in working with individuals that are struggling with self-harming and suicidal thoughts and behaviors as well as individuals with trauma histories and experiencing PTSD symptoms.
I graduated with my masters in social work in 2015 and am now a licensed clinical social worker. I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These treatment modalities are used to provide support to individuals struggling with emotion dysregulation, PTSD symptoms, and behavioral targets chosen by you! I utilize a strength-based approach focused on the goals and areas you want to focus on.
I look forward to working with you to help you get what you want from therapy!
