About me

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of talking about the same problems without real change?

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience supporting children, teens, and adults through a wide range of life challenges. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a special education teacher and school counselor, which gave me a deep understanding of learning differences, emotional growth, and how family and community systems shape who we are.

I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, including individuals with ADHD or on the autism spectrum, as well as the caregivers and loved ones who support them. I also enjoy working with military-connected clients—military spouses, families, and those raised in military communities—who often navigate unique experiences of transition, identity, and belonging.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and strengths-based. I draw from narrative, person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches to meet each client where they are. I believe therapy should be a supportive and affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I’m especially passionate about helping women through seasons of change—whether related to relationships, career, family, or mid-life transitions. My goal is to help you build insight, confidence, and self-compassion so you can move forward with clarity and resilience.
