About me

Hi! My name is Ashley. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with 8 years of experience working with adults, children, couple's and families in mental/behavioral health! My areas of expertise include stress/anxiety, depression, women's issues, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+, identity, and couple's issues.

My therapeutic approach begins with creating a safe and affirming environment for clients and allowing them to be their authentic selves. Modalities I am trained in and utilize in sessions include cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. Using a person-centered approach, I tailor all of my sessions based on my client's individual needs.
