About me

If you are looking for a place where you can find support, grow, find strength, become motivated, and gain enlightenment during the healing process of therapy then this is the place for you. I have been a therapist for 8 years in the Valdosta, GA area. I graduated from Valdosta State University with a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. I am EMDR Trained and utilize various other therapy modalities/tools in sessions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Mindfulness, etc.. I enjoy creating a calm, non-judgmental, and peaceful environment for clients to be their full and true selves as they evolve, while accomplishing their goals. I also have a Private Practive, Positive Mindset Counseling Services, LLC based in Valdosta, GA .

My approach to therapy is very client centered, which allows you to realize your strengths and making choices that impact your life in a positive way. I provide services for individuals (adults, adolescents, and children), families and couples. I work with people of all ages, demographics, and backgrounds. i specialize in issues with stress, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, PTSD/trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anger, grief/loss, self-esteem issues, family relationship issues, children/teen issues, and more. It is my hope that you will evolve mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally on your journey of healing as you work through life challenges.
