A really empathic counsellor and committed to her work, that translates into extended help over to her clients, Ashley’s helped me to overcome some days of great difficulty by not only providing excellent listening and understanding skills, but by also having a proactive approach onto making me actively take part in my healing and go independently on empowering myself through the bad days,
Can’t recommend her enough ! :)

Ashley is amazing at her job, I previously never thought it was possible to have such a great therapist. I suffer from sever trauma and other conditions that I thought were too sever for online therapy, due to the pandemic online is the safest option so I had to bite the bullet and try regardless of my previous failed attempts. Ashley has single-handedly changed the way I view online therapy and therapy as a whole, she is so knowledgeable and actually knows what she's doing, she works with you for the best approach she provides TRUE therapy and care. Everyone is different but for me personally she is the best care I have ever experienced and I definitely recommend her!

Ashley is intuitive. She not only hears you but listens to what you're really saying, even if you don't realize you're saying it. I don't feel like I need to explain myself fully to be understood. Ashley makes you feel safe and empowered.

Ashley is youthful looking and I initially thought, from appearance only, that she may not relate well to some of my concerns; but she has been excellent at hearing and asking pointed questions that help me sort out my thoughts. She is calm and has a welcoming personality that makes me feel safe and comfortable. I'm glad I have this opportunity and she is available to assist.
