About me

I work with clients experiencing difficulties managing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Anger Management, and Relationship Issues for the last 14 years. I have worked with single men and women as well as couples. Often the first step in healing is learning about yourself and how to manage a variety of emotions.

Talk therapy is often the beginning of self-reflection. I believe you can not only examine but re-write narratives for and about yourself. My approach creates space for a non-judgmental atmosphere that is centered in compassion.
