About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, parenting problems, and addiction.

Helping others is my passion in life and I feel so fortunate to have a career that I love. I place a top priority in creating a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. We will work together to find the root causes of whatever may be keeping you stuck. Each individual is unique and understanding your experience is very important to me.

I currently reside in Suburban Philadelphia with my husband, daughter, son and our two cats. I love reading, arts/crafts, and being near the water. I’m excited to work with you!

Ashley has been so very helpful and patient with me. I didn't make any real progress with my anxiety until we started speaking.

Ashley is wonderful!

I had tried and "failed" counseling in the past which led me to no longer look at it as an option for treatment. Within two weeks, Ashley changed my mind. She listens, not merely hears. She responds thoughtfully, practically, kindly, and without judgment. I have made more progress on myself in three weeks with her than I have in decades with myself. To merely say "I'd recommend her" to someone is an understatement.

Work with me!
