About me

"The Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and it shows that part of you is in search for a better way of life! Before you start the journey it's important to get to know the person who will help be the flashlight to guide you on your way. Currently, I am a mother of 3 and licensed clinical social worker with 8 years of professional work experience in various settings. Prior to becoming a social worker, I worked as a certified addictions counselor supporting families and individuals with substance use disorder. Although that is my specialty, I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, mental health diagnosis, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Therapy is not one size fits all. I look forward to putting the pieces of your very own life puzzle together with you. Hopefully, we will be able to build trust in the process.
