About me

There are times when we find ourselves on auto-pilot, in a state of being that is mundane, overwhelming, and monotonous. We want to take our lives to the next level but do not possess the tools to do so. If you are feeling stuck and want more out of life, I'm here to assist with setting goals, overcoming limited beliefs, and developing appropriate coping skills that will propel you forward in life. I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Georgia and Texas with over 8 years of experience within the counseling field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns to include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, and self-esteem/ self-image.

Oftentimes, we focus on past life experiences or are anxious about the future; therefore, I use a combination approach that includes mindfulness (being present) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (thoughts influence behaviors). This technique helps with grounding and appreciating the present moment while identifying belief patterns that are a hindrance.

I want you to know that you've already made the right step by seeking out a qualified therapist. In this very moment, you are making a life-changing decision to improve your overall mental well-being. If you are interested in how I can assist in your life's journey, please feel free to reach out. I'm here for you!

Ayana Lewis is awesome at what she does! This is my first experience of having a therapist & she make me very comfortable with being vocal to discuss any matter. Her personality is the absolutely best. I enjoy our meeting session every time.

Speaking with Ms. Lewis has been a breath of fresh air for me. She listens intently, is completely honest and gives the advice that is needed…which is not always what a person may want to hear. I truly appreciate her and the work she does to help me and many others. This was my first time ever receiving therapy and I hit the jackpot!
