Barbara Parry, LPC
About me
I am in Central Standard Time and I generally keep sessions during the late afternoon and evenings (4pm through 1am). If you need an exception or do not see any openings, please let me know and I will see if I can do.
The first session is Intake. It involves getting to know each other a bit, learning more about you and how I may help you. Bring some water and find a comfortable space.
What might you take away from sessions in general?
*****People have reported to me:
feeling understood

I recently had the pleasure of working with Barbara and I can confidently say that they have been an invaluable resource in my personal growth and healing journey. From the very first session, Barbara has demonstrated a deep understanding of my struggles with self-worth, self-doubt, and boundary-setting in relationships, and has helped me to see these issues in a new and more empowering light.
One of the things that has impressed me the most about Barbara is their ability to reframe my negative thoughts and help me see things from a different perspective. They have a real talent for helping me identify and challenge my limiting beliefs, and have provided me with the tools and support I need to build more positive and healthy relationships with myself and others.
In addition to their exceptional skills as a therapist, Barbara is also an incredibly warm and compassionate person. They have a way of making me feel truly heard and understood, which has been invaluable in my journey towards healing and self-improvement.
I highly recommend Barbara to anyone seeking support and guidance in working through issues related to self-worth, self-doubt, relationships, boundaries, and resentment. They have made a profound impact on my well-being, and I am incredibly grateful for the work we have done together.

Barbara is an exceptional therapist. She listens, is kind, and always knows exactly what to say. She uses a holistic approach with her clients, and get's to the core root of what you're dealing with. For anyone interested, she also provides incredible breathing exercises, which I've found extremely helpful in times of anxiety or stress. I don't often leave reviews, but she has honestly changed my life for better - and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Barbara!
