Barrett is a champion and an encourager who’s not afraid to gently challenge an action or a thought when necessary. It’s almost been a year and I am forever grateful for him and his skillset. I am very fortunate that he was the who I was assigned. This year is a big year me. It’s the year I focus on me and I am elated to be working with Barrett again on this journey. I always leave our sessions with a nugget I can hold on to which is a plus. Thanks, Barrett!!

Barrett is an absolutely fantastic therapist. It is easy to tell that he genuinely cares about me and really listens to what I have to say. Instead of just saying “and how does that make you feel?” Barrett asks truly thoughtful questions that often make me think about the topic in a completely different way. I look forward to my sessions with Barrett and would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants a thoughtful, friendly, caring and skilled therapist. Thank you, Barrett!
