She listens and give you insight that you may not have even thought about I have waited for therapist to mesh my needs for a long time and she has . She has a laid back personality that is welcoming and actually empathizes without getting off track. I definitely recommend her.

Even though I have only had 2 sessions I have throughly enjoyed my time with her. I told her what I know works for me and she has been great at really listening to me and following that. I have felt completely comfortable with her from the start which is really difficult for me. She is amazing.

Extremely caring very direct all at the same time always messages. If she doesn’t hear from you really gets into things and you do feel secure in knowing that that there’s going to be help with her. I’m very happy with how BetterHelp chose a therapist for me. Thank you guys.
