About me

I have been in the psychology field for over 20 years . I work with clients in therapy with a range of challenges including mood disorders (depression, bipolar, anxiety, anger, personality disorders, behavioral issues, ADHD and more.
My primary treatment modality is cognitive-behavioral therapy. I believe we can have a lot of opportunities in our lives when we gain the ability to combat the negative thoughts in our heads and move toward solutions in our lives. Matching the client's needs with a set of skills and tools to manage life's challenges will provide opportunities for improved mood and functioning overall.
My clients have told me they appreciate my ability to work efficiently, teaching skills and tools and ensuring treatment has a beginning, middle and end. I respect the time it takes to participate in treatment and I want you to get the most out of the time we have.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Beckie Grgich. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I've only been working with Dr. Grgich a short time, but I have already felt benefits of our time communicating. She makes me think about things differently and it helps me reflect in a way I hadn't thought about before. I'm looking forward to more sessions with her!
