About me

Our collaborative therapy environment will guide you on your journey of self-discovery. My compassionate approach provides a warm, welcoming, and affirming environment. It will allow you to explore what may be holding you back from leading an authentic and happier life. Providing an emotional attuned and fulfilling practice, we will partner together. We will develop a sense of curiosity of your thoughts and feelings, and to foster tools for managing anxiety, depression and stress while encouraging exploring personal strengths.

By providing unconditional support through the therapeutic relationship, it presents a strong foundation for this journey. This support is often missing from our lives and when we start to experience things like depression or anxiety that journey becomes even more challenging to travel alone. Every single person deserves to feel safe, valuable, and heard. By being supportive and holistic, it makes room for open, honest, and flexible conversations about identity, self-worth, career, relationships, sex and career.

Utilizing my training in multiple modalities of psychotherapeutic treatment (including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Strength Based Treatment), as well creative interventions such as art, music, and movement; I partner with each client to determine what approach is best suited to their needs and goals. I am committed to honoring your own reality, while also exploring envisioning healing and practical change.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Becky (Rebecca) Levinson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Becky has been so caring and compassionate the whole time, she is very easy to talk to and understands how I’m feeling really well. She is not judgemental and is always there to talk to, she doesnt make me open up too much in a way that could make therapy uncomfortable, she just listens and is such a lovely person I often forget she is a therapist!

Becky is very kind and compassionate and asks thoughtful questions. Her coping techniques and healthy perspective have been helping me learn how to challenge negative thoughts and deal with depression and anxiety. I'm transitioning careers and she also has been giving me great professional advice. Becky is an amazing life coach as well as a therapist. Highly recommend her!

I am really happy with the sessions I've had with Becky. She's an amazing listener and makes the extra effort to be there for you when you really need someone to talk to. There was a moment when I was going through incredible turmoil in my life and she was still there talking to me, understanding what I needed at that time. She makes you feel heard and offers coping mechanisms along with advice in how you can change your outlook in life to be more positive.

She has increased the negativity in my life to the point where I dread her messages. She will never acknowledge your work but will blame you for anything that has gone wrong. She is incredibly negative and mocks her clients. She will never admit fault and shows no regard for the life of her client. Please don't allow this counselor to have more clients. Lives will be lost.

Becky is very friendly and her positive manner helped me feel at ease straight away. She is very productive and had lots of suggestions to help me figure out what was bothering me. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of some extra support.
