Utilizing my training in multiple modalities of psychotherapeutic treatment (including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Strength Based Treatment), as well creative interventions such as art, music, and movement; I partner with each client to determine what approach is best suited to their needs and goals.
