My time with Belinda has been really great. When I started I was really down and out, with very little hope but our sessions really helped me get through that touch time.
One of my favourite things about our sessions is that she reminded me of Gods promise. As a Christian, having those reminders integrated into my therapy really made a difference.
I am grateful for BetterHelp and Belinda for helping me feel better

Belinda was hugely impactful in helping me find a sense of stability and calm. I spent around 9 months doing therapy weekly with her and was able to end counseling feeling strong and confident to manage my emotions and anxiety
