About me

I work from the science of attachment and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am compassionately direct and invest in each of my clients.
I assist couples struggling with trust breaks and feeling dismissed. I work with life transitions such as becoming parents, career changes, health diagnosis, affairs, intimacy issues, empty nesting, retirement, and end of life conversations.
I assist people who need to grieve or let go of painful experiences so they can move through life with joy and purpose.
I work with what the client brings and am mindful of the effort and sacredness of coming to therapy.
