I appreciate Benita's calm mannerism. And she truly cares about me and my feelings. She is a great person and if she wasn't my counselor she would be my friend. :)
I never thought counseling could be this beneficial!!!!
She wa Avery nice and helpful so far
Benita is an excellent therapist for me at this stage in my life. Her calm demeanor and empathetic disposition makes it easy for me to be vulnerable and share some of the hard things that I need to address. I appreciate her guidance and the homework that helps me to continue growing beyond the weekly sessions.
She listens to me intently and she suggests exercises I can work on. She's very understanding and makes sure I see where I need help.
