Benjamin Higgins, LPC
About me
I love people! People are endlessly interesting and beautiful. Often we find ourselves in situations and seasons where we need an outside perspective on our lives to help us see things a little clearer. This is where counseling and therapy fit in.
Having worked in the inpatient alcohol and drug rehab setting, a psychiatric hospital, in home work with children, and outpatient individual and group therapy, I have had a broad spread of experiences that have familiarized me with many of the mental, emotional, and spiritual issues that can tangle people up.
I believe the best therapy is non-judgmental, person centered, and positive. I love music, the outdoors, and learning how to simplify life and appreciate every moment that we are given.
The change starts with you and I would love to help you find it!
