Benjamin Watkins, LPC
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work focuses on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma with compassion and clarity. I specialize in addressing grief, self-esteem concerns, and the complex emotions that often accompany them—including guilt, shame, and isolation.
I work with clients on communication skills, social anxiety, panic disorder, and posttraumatic stress. I'm also passionate about helping people explore self-love, forgiveness, and healthy approaches to control and boundaries in their relationships and lives.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet each client where they are. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build meaningful change at your own pace. Whether you're working through past trauma, managing mood challenges, or simply seeking greater connection and understanding, I'm here to support your journey with honesty, respect, and genuine care.
