Born in New York and raised in Philadelphia, I have lived in South Florida for the past 25 years, and I've been an LCSW for 20 of them. I am comfortable talking to a wide variety of people and I enjoy discussing the stressors involved in work, in relationships, in parenting. I feel that everyone can benefit from having productive discussions about challenging issues. PLEASE NOTE - I CAN ONLY PROVIDE THERAPY TO RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA.
I have been doing teletherapy for the past 3 years, and I do not maintain an office for in-person therapy. I believe the teletherapy has opened to door for so many people who would not otherwise involve themselves in a weekly or bi-weekly trek to an office. I am comfortable with what I am able to offer through teletherapy, and while I understand that there are sometimes limitations, for the most part I find clients feeling rewarded by the experience. It's a brave new world.
I am happy to engage with people who are dealing with anger issues, relationship problems, adjustment issues, loss and bereavement, anxiety as well as mood dysregulation. I employ cognitive behavioral interventions when I see the opportunity, and find that these techniques can be particularly helpful with anxiety problems.

Mr. Bennett is the definition of what every therapist should thrive to be. When you speak to him you not only get the opportunity to let everything come out but he generally ask questions that make you realize he’s listening but also analyzing as you go. Every meeting has led to me feeling much better after our session. He’s easy to communicate with and thoroughly a pleasant person. Definitely give him a chance and watch him work his magic.
Bennett is great to work with. He is thoughtful and considerate, and really tries to understand the root of issues you're trying to tackle.
He is aiding me through childhood trauma and helping me realize how some of my behaviours and thoughts are connected to my childhood experiences. He is also helping me find ways to overcome them.
Bennett is extremely insightful and I can tell he takes the time to read what I may be talking about.
Other therapist won’t give you a definitive opinion but he will give you his point of view! Which is a other therapist lack.
I’m very grateful that I’ve been matched with Bennett. He wasn’t my first therapist, and I can confidently say he is the best therapist I’ve talked to. Bennett helped me in a very complicated life situation. My feelings and thoughts were messy, and I could not be present at the moment.
After a few sessions, I can say that I’m happy, strong, and confident.
Bennett listened carefully, was always respectful, identified the root and cause of the problem, and gave very valuable advice.
I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
He is a very good Therapist he listens to me and gives honest advice. And always responds

I highly recommend Bennett - he has been a tremendous help in all aspects. He thoughtfully addresses each and every issue or concern that you may have. He is a pleasure to work with and truly understands how to guide his patients towards making progress. Thanks to Bennett, I can confidently say that things are heading in the right direction.
I came in with thousands of problems inside my mind, Bennett has been patient, professional, and assertive enough to help me find the source of my anger issues. My marriage, work, and other relationships have all seen a positive change in my actions and way to communicate. I am grateful to you Bennett. Thanks for showing me I have the control of my life.
I love this guy.
I cannot say enough good things about Bennett! I have been working with him for a little over a month now and I have to say that his technique is helping me a lot. he is very patient, listens well, and adds suggestions and targeted questions when necessary for me to elaborate or go deeper on things that I might not be seeing at the moment. I haven't had a therapist like him in a very long time and I'm glad that he's here on this platform.
Missed the first meeting I scheduled with him and never responded.
